It was a fantastic time.  We didn’t over-schedule our time.  We just did what we felt like when we felt like doing it, which makes it the BEST kind of vacation.

The car trouble wasn’t anything major because we didn’t get in an accident.  The Air Bag light stayed on intermittently while we were in San Diego, and I thought it might have just been the humidity, but when we came back, I had it checked out.  They checked all the wiring and reset the codes in the computer, but a couple of days later, the light came back on, so we just spent $611.55 for a new driver’s side airbag module–a part that we honestly hope NEVER to use.  The rest of the cost of the repair comes later when they charge us another hundred bucks to install the thing.

It was hard to go back to work this week, but not as hard at my new job as it would have been at my old job.  I didn’t feel a sense of rising dread as I came nearer and nearer to home.

*happy sigh*

Now to get ready for Scout Camp…

  1. Thank you. When I updated to the newest version of WordPress, the “Watercolor” theme that I was using was also updated and I didn’t like it at all.

  2. Part of why I haven’t updated to 3.0 yet is because I figure I’m going to have to really get out my PHP book and learn what I’m doing to make sure my theme looks great and takes advantage of everything that’s possible.

I also rely on several plug-ins and I want to make sure they work before I jump.
