Longest Ride This Year (So Far)

This morning, I didn't want to quit riding, so I didn't!

I rode from my house to Vivian Park (up Provo Canyon) and back. It's 31.4 miles round trip. I was scouting out (snicker) a ride for the cycling merit badge. I knew how far it is from the mouth of the canyon to Vivian Park, and I probalby should have just turned around there, but I didn't want to! I just kept riding.

That's less than a third of the ULCER, which is coming up in only18 days! But I'm getting my strength back quickly. I think I'm going to be ready.
