It's a Lie
ROFL is a lie.
At least it is for me. I mean, if I'm actually rolling on the floor laughing, I can't really reach the keyboard to type ROFL now, can I?
Next, they're going to tell me that I can't believe everything I read on the Internet.
A little glimpse of me.

I don't actually use that one for that reason. But if I type "LOL" than I actually am laughing. Otherwise I put a smile or *snort* depending on what I'm doing. Honest in your dealings with your fellow men and all.

I am quite exact in my IM laughter. What I say is as close to my reaction as possible. Heh is different from ha which is different from hahaha which is different from bwahahahahahahahaha! Sometimes I'll shorten it to LMAO, which probably means I'm laughing really hard, but only on the inside. I've pretty much stricken "LOL" from my vocabulary entirely, as it's become punctuation for when people think they said something funny or amusing. "I just flicked pencil at my classmate's butt! lol!" More like PMEO. Which I was totally involved in creating, tyvm.
